This is a NEW OEM Bottom Panel. This bottom panel is a universal 98" wide, 11" tall; PPW (pre painted white).These panels will need to be cut to the width of your door size.

Installed on panel:
Aluminum U-channel & seal, 1-bottom fixture, 1-cable anchor bracket, pull strap and lift handle.

Will need to be installed on panel; after cut to size:
1- Cable anchor bracket, 1- bottom fixture (packed-loose)

Bottom panel is Tongue n Grooved, NO Routes.

Lock and Keeper will need to be purchased separate.
