Return Policy

Transport Parts LLC Return Policy is as follows: 

1. Please check order upon arrival. Any damages and missing items must be reported to Transport Parts within 3 days of delivery to qualify for replacements. If carton was damaged, please email proof with pictures to info@transportpartsllc.com  Please note that brackets and hardware are packaged in between bumpers and cartons are quality checked 2x before package is closed. Make sure all of your packages have arrived, each box opened and inventory taken prior to reaching out. 

2. Customers have 30 days to contact info@transportpartsllc.com to request to return an order. Responses to follow-up emails must be completed in a timely manner. Failure to reply to requests in a timely manner may result in a denial of return due to time out. All returns must be approved before return shipment can occur and Transport Parts, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason. 

3. Transport Parts will only pay for return shipping if the error is a result of Transport Parts. All other returns are the responsibility of the buyer and any refund will be less original shipping unless the error was caused by Transport Parts. 

4. All returns should be clean, uninstalled or altered in anyway. If a product has been installed, drilled or modified in any way, they will not be approved as a return and that item will be removed from the refund amount. 

5. Returns should be packaged back in original packaging, if this is not a possibility, please use heavy duty cardboard as we are not responsible for any damages during return shipment. Insurance on returning items is highly encouraged to cover any damage on items upon returning. 

6. Print your original order and include inside the return carton. 

7. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any custom order/special order items or orders outside of the 30 day window. 

8. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon approval of returned items in appropriate condition. 

9. Any orders that require freight must be inspected upon delivery. Notate any damages on the BOL. If a freight shipment is not inspected and notated on the signed BOL, replacements will not be sent. 

10. Orders that require freight are not eligible for return. 

11. Orders placed to ship via USPS will not be eligible for a refund on any lost or damaged packages. We highly suggest using UPS or Fedex at checkout.
